Exchanges and Returns


What is your exchange/return policy?

DIKSHEN accepts exchanges and returns within 30 days of online purchase.  Only products purchased from dikshen.com’s online store, shop.dikshen.com, and returned undamaged, in new condition, will be accepted.  Credit will be applied to your credit card within 7 - 10 days of receiving the returned item.

You are responsible for shipping the exchange/return merchandise back to our office and may be charged a restocking fee of 25 percent.  However, we will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.  We recommend returned merchandise be shipped through UPS/FedEx who will provide a tracking number and insurance automatically with each shipment.  DIKSHEN will not be responsible for exchanges or returns lost in transit.  DIKSHEN reserves the right to refuse merchandise worn or damaged or altered permanently from failure to follow the care instructions.

How do I exchange my dikshən apparel?

Please send a copy of the Order Form, stating the reason for the exchange and clearly indicate the desired item, including style, design, size, and color.  Return this along with the merchandise to DIKSHEN Exchanges/Returns.  Please also send an email to: customerservice@dikshen.com with the same information; this will serve to expedite processing your exchange.  You will be notified via e-mail as soon as your replacement item has been shipped.


How do I return my dikshən apparel?

To return unworn dikshən apparel for a refund, send a copy of the Order Form and state the reason for return.  Return the Order Form along with the unworn merchandise to DIKSHEN Exchanges/Returns.  Please also send an email to: customerservice@dikshen.com with the same information; this will serve to expedite processing your return. DIKSHEN will credit the credit card the amount used for the purchase.   We do not reimburse shipping or any duty/brokerage charges. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your billing statement.

What if I was shipped the wrong item(s) or have questions regarding your return policy?
