Ordering dikshən apparel

How do I place an order on dikshen.com? 

1. 1.Click the “SHOP NOW” button on any of the individual product pages.  This will take you to the dikshən shopping cart (shop.dikshen.com).  Now you’re ready to shop.
   

2. Add product to your cart.

3. When you're ready to checkout, confirm your order details.

4. 4.Enter your billing and shipping information, and specify the type of shipping for your order.
   

5. 5.Re-confirm your order.
   

6. 6.That’s it, you’re finished!
   

What forms of payment does dikshen.com (shop.dikshen.com) accept?

DIKSHEN accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal as forms of payment.

How much does shipping and handling cost?

Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout and will vary depending on the weight of the item(s) purchased, where your order is being shipped and the type of shipping chosen. Please review the order total before confirming your purchase.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

DIKSHEN does not process or ship orders on Saturday or Sunday.  For all dikshən apparel, except the dikshən hoodies, your order will be processed within 3 to 5 business days and then shipped. For orders that include the dikshən zip hoodie or the night-out zip hoodie, please allow 7 to 10 business days to process your order.  The day of pick up does not count as a day in the shipping time.  Please review the type of shipping selected to get an estimated delivery date.

Does DIKSHEN ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

We apologize, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.

Is DIKSHEN a non-profit company?

DIKSHEN is a for-profit company focused on making a difference in the lives of children who really need it: at-risk kids.  Rather than relying on fundraising and donations for supporting our cause, we prefer to offer quality, desirable products for our customers.  The result: far more children are ultimately reached.  This not only creates benefactors out of all those who shop dikshən, it also allows us to grow as a sustainable business.

How do I volunteer and become a DIKSHEN READER?

We are currently in the planning phase of developing our volunteer reading program, THE DIKSHEN READERS.  As our company expands, we will be better equipped to implement this program.  Please check back for additional details on this exciting program.
